KiwanisONE There are a
few areas of the report that are causing problems with users, so before
contacting support please see if your issue is resolved below. 1.
Where do I go to log in? – The login page for the online reporting
system is www.kiwanisportal.com. 2.
I have forgotten my password – what do I do? To reset your password go
to: 3.
How do I change the membership goal? – If you need to change your
membership goal go to the Report Launch page and click the Monthly Report
Setup link toward the top of the page. Once
the new page loads click the Club Goals link in the table of options. 4.
How can I change the Total
Membership at the End of Previous Month?
– The Total at the End of Previous Month on the report is from
Kiwanis International and cannot be changed. Here is the way the starting
membership numbers from Kiwanis International were determined: On
September 30th at midnight all rosters and adds/deletes that were in the
building got dated September 30th. Anything coming in the building after
that was dated in October. So you may have sent in a deletion on September
28th, but it may not have physically received at the building until October
1st, which means it will be dated October 1st. If
you reported deletions in September they may need to be reported again
on the October report if the scenario above is close to what may have
happened. 5.
How do I submit my report?
– After you complete each section of the report, check the ‘Mark this
section complete’ box above the Save buttons. Then save the section by
clicking one of the Save buttons. Once both Section Complete boxes are
checked, the Submit button on the Report Launch page will be active. Click
the Submit button to submit the report. 6.
How do I add or change my sponsored clubs
– Your Sponsored Clubs are set up in the Monthly Report Setup area.
They will automatically populate onto the report each month. To
change them click the Monthly Report Setup link on the Report Launch page.
Once the new page loads click the Sponsored Organizations link in the
table of options. 7.
Can I amend a submitted report? –
Yes, you can amend a report at any time.
Simply log in and go to the Report Launch page and click the ‘Part
1 (or 2) Completed’ link adjacent to the desired month.
Make any necessary changes and save the section.
Back on the Report Launch page click the ‘Submit’ button adjacent
to that month to resubmit the report.
